In-Store Pickup Policy
At Five Towns Wines & Liquors, we are committed to ensuring the security and satisfaction of our customers. To prevent fraud and protect both our customers and our business, we have implemented a strict in-store pickup policy.
1. Identification and Verification:
• The individual picking up the order must be the same person who placed the order online. This ensures that the person who authorized the transaction is the same person receiving the goods.
• A valid, government-issued photo ID must be presented at the time of pickup. The name on the ID must match the name on the order and the credit card used for the purchase.
• The credit card used for the purchase must also be presented. The name on the credit card must match the name on the ID provided.
2. Confirmation Form:
• Upon pickup, the customer is required to sign a confirmation form, stating that they have received the order in full and are satisfied with its condition.
• A copy of the customer’s ID will be made and retained for our records. This is a mandatory procedure and ensures that we have a record of the pickup.
3. Strict No-Exception Policy:
• No exceptions will be made to this policy. If the person arriving to pick up the order cannot provide the required identification or the credit card used for the purchase, we will not release the order.
• This policy applies to all orders, regardless of the value or contents.
